The Foundation of Goodness is a holistic rural development model that seeks to bridge the urban-rural divide in Sri Lanka via 10 empowerment divisions across 900+ villages island-wide, and reached over 307,000+ beneficiaries in 2022 alone by way of 15 Empowerment Centres, free of cost.

Sports Tourism

The Foundation of Goodness welcomes community aid sports tours from around the world to test their skills against the FoG Sports Academy players.

Tours are available for the following sports:

-Cricket (boys’ and ladies’ cricket)

-Netball

-Volleyball

-Swimming

-Karate

-Badminton

-Table Tennis

-Chess

One day and multi-day tours are welcome, accommodation centres available.

Visiting teams also have the opportunity to engage in community development/ charitable activities including fundraisers prior to their tour or engaging in hands-on charitable work in Seenigama such as;

-Beach cleaning

-Interacting with Elder’s and Children’s Homes

-Painting Schools

-Visits to temples

-Interacting with FoG managed sectors

-Conducting training/ coaching camps for the Sports Academy
