The Finding Dreams Special Needs Unit at the OYOB Centre of Excellence in Seenigama offers a unique opportunity to special needs students from rural Sri Lanka, to engage in a holistic education especially designed for them. Special Needs education is severely underprovided in Sri Lanka and many special needs beneficiaries find themselves shunned and without opportunities.
Currently, the Centre supports 13 special needs students by way of creative activities, sports development, cognitive abilities development, speech training, introduction to new technology and handwriting development.
