Bridal Fashion Show
The crowning jewel of the Beauty Culture arm of the FoG Women’s Empowerment Sector, is the Bridal Show, where the students get an opportunity to showcase all they have learned throughout the semester. 38 students presented their showstoppers at the fashion show.
Popular Sri Lankan actress Angela Seneviratne presided as the Chief Guest and judge of the Bridal Show. The graduates had dressed brides according to the various cultural heritages present in the island. It was a colourful evening, where we celebrated the talent of rural Sri Lankans. We were incredibly privileged to be able to provide these ladies a platform to showcase their abilities to a larger audience, outside of their villages.
