Since visiting the OYOB Centre of Excellence in Seenigama, the team from 10QBit have committed to add value to the holistic rural development model of the Foundation of Goodness, by offering us unique opportunities.

Chairsyde Software Donation

As a token of their commitment, these dedicated individuals donated one of their creations, a state of the art interactive patient communication platform for dentists, to the Dental Clinic of the OYOB Centre of Excellence. They made the effort to be there in person in order to explain to our resident Dentist how to best use the platform to better serve our beneficiaries.

This is the first installation of the software outside the UK and will greatly help emphasise and communicate the importance of dental care and oral hygiene to our rural beneficiaries who attend the clinic for free dental care, which is underprovided in public hospitals.

The Dental Clinic at the Centre has helped over 26,155 rural beneficiaries (2021 numbers) receive dental care free of charge.

World of Dance Competition

Our Dance for Good programme will now receive the expert guidance and training of The Dancers Club, as they aim to guide our talented beneficiaries to the World of Dance Competition using the beautiful traditional dancing of Sri Lanka.

The Dancers Club is a popular Dance school in India that made it to the World of Dance Competition in the USA. Under their Dance Education Program by Arnold Charles the Founder / Choreographer of The Dancers Club our students will receive training virtually, along with a structured syllabus, assessment and certification process for the kids who participate in the program.

The first lesson was held for our eager dancers on the 21st of May and they greatly enjoyed the session.

Other Commitments

The dedicated team at 10Qbit has also extended their support and expertise in the development of the Goodness Game Project, which encompasses the value based education provided by the Foundation of Goodness at all our Centres.

Working with them has been our pleasure and the Foundation of Goodness would like to thank them for their initiative and looks forward to empowering rural communities in Sri Lanka together.
