Last week, six of our team members had the privilege of participating in a dynamic three-day Outdoor-Based Training (OBT) leadership development programme. This event, organised by the Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs, aimed to hone the leadership skills of young professionals from various organisations. Representing the Foundation of Goodness, our team engaged in a series of challenging and enriching activities designed to foster teamwork, resilience, and strategic thinking.

The programme included wall rock climbing, air rifle shooting, archery, sports and games, and walking on a rope, among other leadership activities. These exercises were not only exhilarating but also instrumental in building confidence, enhancing problem-solving skills, and promoting collaboration among participants.
The training was a resounding success, leaving them inspired and invigorated. The Ministry’s facilitators provided insightful guidance and practical knowledge, ensuring that every participant left with enhanced leadership capabilities. Our team members received commendations for their dedication and performance, reflecting the spirit of excellence we strive for at the Foundation of Goodness.
